no job security, no career growth, lot of racism and partiality. HR's are busy taking surface level picture and posting on company workspace (facebook). no connection between HR and employee. work life is not balanced in my team. lot of travel restriction. no global opportunity

RSM of North East is one of the worst person ever seen , he has own business of it's own of Pantanjali and thinks Stanley is also his father Business and he is one of the great destroyer in the company only enjoying salary last 18 years. NSM and all Head are fool in this company. Outside india it's ok but in India those mawara is destroying the culture. Never try to join in North East. Every saturday is closed from HO but the Mewara RSM used to open the office. Every day RSM visit personal business after 2.30 pm, and destroy the office atmosphere every day he is good for nothing. He made the office as mawari gadda and his own father company.

Employer switch or not, confused 😟

Hello Folks, Needed some advise. YOE 12 years. I am working as Program Manager in a manufacturing industry (R&D) in Bangalore. Current CTC 19.8LPA. Got an offer CTC of 34.1LPA. Offered company is a start up in India. Offered designation is Project Manager. After putting up my resignation, my skip level manager is trying to convince me to stay. Bit of confused what to do as offered company is kind of a start up. Any advise would be helpful on offered package is worth or not and would it be worth to take the risk.
