...wup after 1.5 years they are demanding money for reliving and experience letter. Reason is that I have left the company before last working day and demanding 10 days salary to company. This is the worst culture because that is dependent on employees future and career.

Work environment and other departments coordination is good. We can learn a about fabrication.

Dislikes

Quality department HOD have knowledge but refuses to share it with others until there is urgency. He can often be found as sleeping or pretending as not slept. He don’t t take issue seriously until they escalate, at which point he shouts at junior engineer with bad words. He don’t show any concern or responsibility until higher authorities, such as directors, inquire about the product.
