Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day

Worst company you'll ever see in your life, Toxicity to the core, Horrible HR and disgusting CEO....they have been in market for over 25 year but everything there going on without any decoram and standards, they're just some illetrate holligons specially the HR don't have any etiquettes to talk with employees also he's some illetrate fellow, with these kind of people this company is on a path to be doomed.

Just don't go there even if you don't have any job just don't spoil your life by choosing this trash.

There is lot of opportunities to grow with in the company. By each passing day you will learn new things here. Management is very supportive in terms of providing the trainings or to discuss new ideas with them. You will get the support from your managers as they will help you in every manners.

Dislikes

Sometimes lack of co-ordination between the departments i.e. need to focused.

Cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling .appraisals are good enouh.

There is a only one poor policy .overstay due to extra work load for which employees get fooding only .which is also Not sufficient .

Good for someone who want to learn under pressure. Many opportunities to create a system as there is no proper one. If you work good, many responsibilities are waiting for you which are good for learing. Mistakes here are forbidden in many cases. Working condition may be pleasent at first sight but if you work dedicatedly, you will have a irreplaceable position very soon.

Dislikes

HR is weak and cannot provide you proper recognition unless you have a reputed mouth to speak for you. Will expect you to perform more than your post.
