you are sole person to take the decisions. there is a lot if u are creative, if u are beginner then company is worse for u coz no body is there to tell u what to do and how to do u have to give output to ur MD. CEO (atul kalra is worse person) MD Rajiv khosla is gentlemen he will provide u ample of access to work but require only positive outcome.

Nothing was good about this company. if you don't have the job then you can apply for this company and they will provide you a job.

Work culture is bad, there is a dictatorship of the managing director in the company and he is directly and enrolled in production activities with middle level management.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
