Dislikes

All the things of this company job remind me of dislike. Salary, management, work, there senior persons, benefits. All the things are dislike. I requesting to the new joiner, not to join this company. There is lot of work load in this company. Lot of job security is there. Any day can be ur last day in this organization. There is no value of ur hardwork. Working time is 9 to 6. But always we go from office at 8pm or 9pm. There is no any overtime paid. No salary increament facility. Only work work work. I request to new joiner, please go for other job but do not work in this company. I want to give 0 stars for this comapny but its compulsary for give at least 1 star.

I know this company for more than 3 years. There is no job security in this company. I have not seen any one continuing job for more than 3 months. Even I was on their payroll for 4 months in this 4 month I have not received my full last month pay. Some reason are passing

...olitics are there. Working environment is not good. Noting to like is dislike. You lost your salary due to politition.

Firstly, if you want to learn, you have a great opportunity. They act like MNC(but they aren't). Job security is not there even one has worked for them late working hours. In last 3-4 years, there is a trend like they change Assistant Manager in every 6-8 months.

Dislikes

You can work late hours, no issue. But job security. Anyday can be your last day.
