They don't pay on time, they work outside but don't pay on time, very bad experience with stag international. Staff not good in behaviour. I advise to all don't work with the Stag International.

Employees are cooperative up to some extent, one will get trained nicely in such a way that management will engage someone anywhere within the organisation from bottom level, one should forget about growth and appraisal by doing hard work in short hard/smart work never pays here anything, one will get chance of travel depending on the designation, politics is the base of this organisation or it is in blood of each and every individual, if anyone is trying to start their career then this is the best place to start with as you can learn ample amount of thing and can learn so many things in short time, environment will never give the feel that it is an organisation, people will not think about innovation here because management wants you to be engaged in old tasks which are going from decades, work life balance is pathetic.

Overall management irrespective of any department.
