their environment is the best, and their working experience is so nice. the faculty member is so gentle and wise and decent. they provide a growing environment.

they provide very less increments in salary and do not give holidays to teacher, the workload is very high.

I was a little surprised about Pay scale of the organisation! The accomodation had been provided was very poor a room inside girls hostel , there was no separate accomodation for residential faculties

yes,i am glad to write about Xavier.since i am the part of it ,i would say that the environment is immenne working with great talent.I would say that everyone strive hard to achieve the best.Overall principal is great as he works very hard for the betterment of there children

On the whole..its a lovely place to work.it is just that now I want a promotion in my career want to do more of an administrative job like being a principal or a coordinator. All my colleagues have been wonderful and the environment is good to work in.

Nothing bad in it except that my personal growth has stopped.

I loved being part of this team and working with my pricipal Mrs Jyoti Nant was the get experence if i get a chance i would choose only st xavier the best and last not least to say they help u to grow to reach our goal...
