Worst company never join . horrible work environment.They make you work like hell and cut your salary without any reason .This college is not registered also they deceive people and students .Never pay and layoff the employees without any reason . never trust these people .

From one year I am working in St Xaviers as front office executive and the working environment is good. Even the staff and higher authority are kind and good. And colleagues help one another in work and they have good team work.

In my career one of the best organization is St. Xavier's College, Bangalore. As I am working in this organization from one year I got lot of opportunities to learn new work and I improved my skills, ability and its a employee supportive organization.

Since I studied there, my professors turned out to be my colleagues. They are helpful and supportive. Good work environment

I dislike one particular lab assistant. Haha. Nothing else was worth disliking about.

You might be working as an assistant professor but you will have to do other things like buying things from the store. The Assistant Director, who is also probably the principal makes your life hell by imposing her ideologies on you. The salary they pay you is 5000-6500 (not more) and you have to take like 5 classes in a day (45 min duration).
