There are few people who behaved very well and they worked with me in a good cooperative manner. But overall nothing is good

...all because of covid.. Instead of giving money they are deducting the amount. If we are corona warriors so why they are not giving our salary on time ... I got my salary of feb in which they deducted my icu allowance also.. . No one will listen your problems No one is there who will take good decision for the staff. I worked in different different wards and icu by giving all my time,without complaints with full loyalty .but in return of this what I got nothing not even a respect.. We can't expect any support from our members (nursing staff) or doctors. The members of this hospital just give you mental stress. Hospital is good but not the because Some of them polluted the environment of this hospital Now it's upto you what you want to choose hell or a good life

Excellent skill development and learning, consultants are really good and teach us alot .. consultants used to give a lot of efforts on every single jr doctors and including patients too

Workload higher , no salary payment on time , lack of staff , no cooperation from nursing staff and administration, poor maintenance, no resting rooms, poor conditions of cafeteria, bcz of staff deficits administration used to increase the burden on single/ jr doctors

They are taking so much work from us but its okay we are only there to work. Salary and benefits are good from others hospitals. Bcoz i listen others hospitals are providing less salary to nurses which is not good.

If i dislike something i just ignored that people and their talks bcoz politics is everywhere present.

Everything is transparent and you can approach the management easily if there is any problems. Your decision are supported by the management if it is positive.The free medical facilities for staff.

Stabilty cause i am single income person my wife if H.W. that s the only reason i am still working here.

I am still working for the last 25 years and i am in 2nd higher post my salaru is just 47000 p m and other problem is distance of 35 k m there is no any other reason of change and the major other reason is i my religion they promote their community.
