The management is very good and appreciative.Principal and management is very honest and supportive.

Overall experience was good but salary was average and career growth was minimal.Teammates were fair with good environment and work life balance.

Nothing is good about this organisation. Be it healthy working atmosphere for employees or imparting effective knowledge to students. Manager is simply busy with phone all day posting status which he doesn't even follow the gyan himself. Principal is on that seat coz she has served the organisation for 20 years. She is just a puppet of Manager who can neither take any decision nor has a vision. This Manager does not have sense to talk to his teachers. He humiliates in front of everyone and anyone. Curriculum is not al all students friendly which doesn't lead to the growth of students in any sense. They proudly call themselves an English Medium school but Manager....Principal themselves give even basic instructions in Hindi. Teachers are over burdened of unnecessary rules and regulations which makes working in this awful organisation suffocating eventually effecting their mental health. Majority staff is new there and keeps on leaving frequently due to unhealthy work culture. Not at all a place to work or send the kids to study.
