...ent. There is always cheerful, happy and contentment also with games and sports. Company policies are good and fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Senior trs are paid low and new trs are given higher salary to attract them towards school, but then they stop to increase it later. The gross of Institute is high but trs are paid low...

Dislikes

The management doesn't address a growing problem of discipline. And at this time of covid 19 the management doesn't support us anyway. Very sad say it.
