My experience with the school has been a process of growth in terms of personal learnings that are built through student teacher interactions. As I always tend to have a very modern and evolutionary approach I have got better results and a positive feedback in terms of giving a higher bench mark for my co workers to meet up with and seen a massive change in approach to how people look at our school where now we have more scope for new methods and new learning incorporating the school motto ' All's well when done well!'. Salary is the only factor that demotivates one as apprasels and promotions are not given on the basis of performance but more based on the popular belief and descrition of the mamagemnet based on data collected from students and co workers which has nothing to do with performance based on success numbers or statistics of students progress in the subject in question. Infrastructure has seen progress by leaps and bounds with incorporation of much of a paperless environment which I hope to see in a 100% functioning by 2020. Standard of students has improved but redundency in process of training and updating skills, teacher fail to keep up pace with students requirements and aptitude thus making learning boring and stale. New ideas are not positively taken by few teachers & students as well cause craming and studying for the perfect score in boards seems to be the drive and has nothing to do with learning to inhance knowledge or apptitude. However, principal is innovative and driven by change and is a facilitator for people with great ideas. Great place to learn and be as life skills are focused on. Kids and teachers are nurtured with spiritual and emotional intelligence by spiritual leaders from time to time. I have seen many changes and I still see more coming as that is the only constant. Been here through its process of growth and evolution. Hope to see some monitary change too if new comers are not taken at higher salaries than existing faculty
