Very poor regarding all the aspects of job. A breeding ground of nepotism and unprofessional attitudes. Seniors are not competent enough to guide the juniors as they themselves lack sound knowledge in their respective subjects. Yearly meeting on the performance of the teachers based on statistical data is a complete farce. The management lives in fool's Paradise as the people associated with the management fail to comprehend this type of performance - parameter does bring futility.

Completely unprofessional and breeding ground of nepotism. No career growth. No salary hike on the basis of ethical policy.

Excellent job security, average career growth, 3 percent hike every year, no canteen, poor work environment, work life balance is good, Saturday and Sunday are off days, heavy tuition politics,

Dislikes

Salary structure is very poor compared to other states, 2 years probation and salary is poor that time, 60 students in a class, discipline among the students are very poor, guardians are everything, you can't apply anything new technique to teach,

Working in this Institution is like working in a dream place.During COVID-19 they have supported all the faculties including teaching and non-teaching staffs.The School is a perfect living example of Work satisfaction and Student friendly as well as faculty friendly also. The whole building used to sanitize periodically and wearing of mask is mandatory though regular classes have not started yet as par government instruction. But I feel so safe and secure when I go to the campus . School management always think about the safety of the front -liners and they always assure to keep a peaceful ,positive, and growing working environment .

The company provides great job security, the company culture is great, learning a lot while teaching. Company gives lots of opportunities to improvise myself professionally and personally.
