Disgusting and feel humiliated every day. With no reason the staff and also principal humiliates the teachers and there is no security of work. Teachers are not treated well. Work environment is not good. I would suggest to work with other schools but not with any Ryan group schools.

I worked in St.Marys High School at Barbil in Odisha.It is one of top school in Odisha and I got the opportunity to work in this reputed organisation.Our Principal is strict but soft at heart and all staffs were co operative ,also supportive at the time.Education and other co curricular activities are at very high level.I feel lucky to be a part of St.Marys family.Proud to be St.Marian.

Teachers here work like donkeys and The senior teachers are not at all helpful and lots of politics in St. Mary's school of Mira road Amar palace. I had very bad experience and pressurised working atmosphere
