...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.they give good salary.

Dislikes

There is lot of policies and management does not address our issues..there is no job security..they can expel employees any time without prior notice.

No respect for teachers . Very less salary They used to check Teachers mobile phone and their personal data Teachers are not allowed to attend their colleagues family functions After resignation they won't give back your original certificates No government official will take any action against them even if you give complaint because they'll give bribes correctly each month. No Salary during notice period If any student fail in grade 11 annual exam if they gave donation they will promote them. Dictatorship management Working on public and rainy holidays. Salary will not be credited on time

The school is 50 year old and one of the old CBSE schools of Chennai. They have reached a stable standard to keep them high. Discipline is so good amount the students. Studies and activities are blended in such a way to keep the students happy and prompt.

Dislikes

Nothing, you will see happy faces of both students and teachers.

It is a mile stone of my life. it was a great learning experience. The principal encouraged teachers to find new ways to teach children and gave her expert guidance. The school and the staff was like an extended family.

Dislikes

Frankly speaking what ever time I spent with the school i had absolutely no problems. We were always welcomed to share our problems of work place if at all one had any.
