Work culture with respect to the colleagues is amazing. They are always willing and readily available to help each other and even the new comers.

Dislikes

Salary is ok if compared with other near by schools but then perks are not granted to all only a handful senior employees have one of the perks.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics.

Campus, Principal himself is a genius worth working with him. Colleagues are helpful.

Dislikes

Salary increment, growth as a teacher, yearly increment is less. Too much pressure on decoration and othe activities than teaching students.

A wonderful organization to work with. The best school environment provided towards teachers and students. All the staffs are educated well behaved. Well maintained school. Full of greenery. Awesome campus, awesome canteen, best construction it gives you the feeling of International school.
