The work here utilities my full knowledge i learned so far and pushes me to my limits every time and helps to find me inner capacity.

Dislikes

I am the only person in accounts department. I do all accounts tasks( starting from fees collection, making payments and all bank transactions). I am also forced to do admin task.(Like i should purchase all need goods and responsible for maintaining stock) and i am also forced to do office task (like typing, printing, etc). The worst part is during appraisal they take into consideration only my accounting task and pay me really low. My work day starts at 9.00 and ends at 5.30, They expect me to come early (8.30)and work even out of office hours too (7.30).
