They are not paying the salary regularly to Teachers. They hold the salary of one or two months for all teachers. No pay for any vacation time. Some times they didn't pay the salary to Teachers with lots of excuse like : there is no cheque available, school fees received very poorly this months etc. On top of that there is no fixed in schedule to take the class, everyone need to take any class of any level. Most of the time need to take extra classes because of faculty absents due to the irregular salary. Whatever the salary they committed you during joining, they deny to pay that. And paying lesser than that with the excuse as you have recently joined. No appointment/Joining or any other type of documents which proves your employment, is given by the school. Everything is verbal. So that no one can chase up to court. Every quarter , faculty batch got changed and very very poor teachers who striving for Rs 1k, 2k, they joined as faculty. Overall experience is terrible. I do not recommend anyone to spoiled their career.
