Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

They gave me opportunity & I am also Thankful to them

Dislikes

For 2 years i was with this Organisation but didn't got work satisfaction, Compensation & Benefits even they calls on Sunday for working. No Company Culture they checks employee's skype accounts. They lost Employee's Original Documents. No Flexibility for employees... On the name of training & Job they ruins students carrier. There was lack of resources.

Very poor no job security and no more longer any employees meanwhile owner and HR both are demoralize to employees .last one month 6-7 people left from these organization. Personally I was seen one month. There is now work time..his demand to come 6 am morning and ho home like 10PM.sunday also no off.
