This is the wrost company which I have ever seen. Wrost administration. Accounts person feel like CEO. qC person does not any thing and feel like COO. Management also tooooo wrost. Highly recommended to not join the company.

No likes. All are diskikes. Wrost culture which I have seen in my life. Middle management are tooooooo wrost. They does no aware of reporting structure of pharmaceutical industry.QC and HR departments are tooooo wrost in the company.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
