Nothing to like in SSPM because of Behaviour of seniors especially who are in this company from the last 10 to 15 years.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

There no one who knows the technical specially in Design Department and if anyone knew the technical then he will not stay more then 1 year. Lots of bad words comes from the Seniors and they will always put you in the pressure. In design department they are only supposed to run the old drawings which are theft from the another company and there are no scope for the new development. After you resigned there are no respond from the account department also and they will not give you the FNF settlement. They are pressurized you to work in weekoff also. In design department there are fix time in morning by 9 AM but there are no limit of working hours..they are supposed to take work from you till 7 to 8 pm. This Factory have a bond system. Never recommended any one to join SSPM SYSTEMS AND ENGINEERS.
