Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Not worth working in SSIPL

Dislikes

...agement doesn't have vision on their company for at least next six months also. They will hire you and next two month they ask you move due to cost cutting.( I really don't know why they have hired and playing in employees life and future) please don't join this company, if you join then no guarantee on job.

Nothing much to talk about....dont ever try to join in south they will ruin ur life...

Worst HR u will find...whatever promises u get nothing u can expect....they just asked me to pay 60k even after i have releived smoothly, march 2019 was my last working day till now they have not settled fullandfinal....be carefull of this faurd company...
