It is one of the best institutions to work in...This feedback is completely unbiased The very first thing I would like to tell is about the HOD...he is one of the best HOD I have ever known and will ever know...completely realistic....understand each and every PG's problems ...tries his level best to give us the best working environment... Asst prof Dr Bakkesh and Dr Ganesh are another two nicest ppl I have known....very good at academics...work load is good... sometime good days...sometimes bad days....but u can go along because of nice duty hours...(u will come to know once u join)... And yes not the least...SSIMS has a lot no of MD EMERGENCY MEDICINE As gold medalists...😊😊

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
