Since, I have been working in SSB MHA for last 29 years. Now, I want stay with family as family life is hardly possible in SSB

Great SSB Faculty, with excellent 👌👌 knowledge and always teach max.to wtevr time he's supposed to teach. Clear each and every doubt. Personal attention is awesome Every must join it.

Sorry to say but not a single personnel from my erstwhile organisation has taken care in this regard. For SSB, supervised and managed by top officers from other organisation has forgotten its real pillars having their one point base that is, use n throw. . My expectations from the organisation is just nil.

SSB (Sashatra Seema Bal) prior to 2001 was an organisation to selflessly work for the nation. But after declaring it as a Border Guarding force, it has become only officers centred. Officers take priority of personal affairs over the national security. Whatsoever your achievements will not be counted but even on a minor fault you are going to be fired and no one will come forward for your rescue.

If u want to get job in defense sector then Sashastra Seema Bal is a great choice. I'm servicing in SSB last 6 years and I'm satisfied with my job.

It doesn't have Pension and some others features that lose points of SSB.
