Stipends of RS 1k pm for articleship in first year , white they will pay after 2 months, Very bad in salary payment and expense reimbursements , and last but not the least u will not receive your FnF before 6 to 8 months

It's a very good CA firm in almost all areas concerned be it in terms of learning, providing opportunities for independently handling listed client's unit's or business groups, job security, work life balance etc.

Pay is not that great.

Being a Chartered Accountant firm that too within Top 10 in India, it is good for learning & opportunities for new comer after becoming CA and for trainees. After learning in the field of audit and other sectors one can switch in big4 or best industries or can start own practice or start ups.

I think compensation is not handsome there and process of reimbursement of conveyance is not good

The team and senior are too good. You get to handle the clients independently work directly with the Partners.

The work life balance during audit season or usually every month is zero. Also, they don't pay much .

...k, way of formating, reporting, actions taken for right things against frauds. Salary on time (sometimes it can be delay). But that's great payment schedule in Salary, conveyance, Accomdation, Food, etc Variable facilities.

Dislikes

Bad poletics, Promotion, Salary incremental & bad behavior from seniors to juniors.
