SSKM is not a paying firm. Compensation and growth opportunities is very very limited in SSKM. HR has no role w.r.t appraisal system and growth of employees. Parner is the king in SSKM. You have to chase him for each matter wrt to appraisal, growth, compensation structure etc. There is no policy of doing appraisals. Partner does appraisal (that with very less %) only when employee approaches to him one to one.

Stipends of RS 1k pm for articleship in first year , white they will pay after 2 months, Very bad in salary payment and expense reimbursements , and last but not the least u will not receive your FnF before 6 to 8 months

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
