Dislikes

There is no Training to develop our skills or any sort of upskilling things. Even it was a not it very strict rules implemented like non veg was not allowed inside the office premises, female workers should not work beyond some specific time and no teams out or any fun activities like other company. Even in worst senarios of natural climatic condition the office will be working. and there is no work from home option available and no work life balance was there.
