No allowances are given. No promotion or career growth. Constant salary( or should I even call it salary). Make employees to do hard work only for companies growth. Poor management - even if go to them with a concern they won't take any initiative. Overall worst experience.

The firm places a high priority on its workers, as seen by its excellent workplace culture and employee-friendly practices. Furthermore, every one of my coworkers is really cordial and helpful.
