I am since 1year onwards as QS/billing, all superb , in time salary, good Good colleagues, Great working atmosphere, Support from the HO team, Timings are not fixed It will be flexible, mostly around 8 AM to 8 pm For Office people, but execution team, no timings need to work hard to prove it, I will join on the period of January to March

Dislikes

Mostly in the increment time, you would not consider because the company have their own priority. People like working since 10 years, eight years and fab isms, so the working hard people will suffer.

SRR projects very good company salary on time, Medical facilities provided, Good Team work, Mess facilities provided in low price,well Accomadation provided, Very good safety culture and Senior very supportive etc

it is a practical oriented job so basically you learn from workers and you no need to wait for salary if the month ends you get time by time salary .and also you will be bilingual after worked in this company means you will learn hindi as well as other languages.

superiors behaviour was very bad with subordinates,no one can help in doubts regarding work,work life balance was terrible there is no time to manage life in this company.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Salary is decent but carrer growth is slow

Worst,& HR is useless candidate he don't nkw who to select he's the worst candidate, Becose of him company going in loss,first have to remove that HR then only company will have some growth .

I feel it is waste of time to work in that company, no recognisation for our hard work.
