It's a very good platform for freshers and for new comers. Here don't have any no for market growth activities.

Dislikes

Here old employees not get proper package and have so much issues for distraction from main work and in every small small issues cut off amount on sallary and ta/da bills.

It's good for technical background employees who wish to learn with an average salary and also working in poor conditions. But the higher management is terrible I don't know about others, but our team faced work politics.

SRMB is a good place for freshers to begin with the career & gather practical knowledge. You may not be promoted and compensated well but job security is there for a fresher.

Dislikes

...very minimal unless you are specially favoured by any top boss of the company. Only a few from the top management draws a very handsome salary otherwise it's really poor & even worse for a fresher even if you work for multiple years there.

Myself as a B.Tech in Mechanical currently working for about 6 years. We work here from 9.00 am to 6.00 p.m if no additional works are there.Appraisals are not so good.Job security is good .Not so hectic shedule.Overall work life balance is good but based on individuals expectations

... them work here as a family member. The management is excellent and transparent. Company guidelines and policies are very good, appraisals are fare and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Everything is good and nothing for disliking here. Everybody works here as a family member and therefore they use one unique quote SRMB Parivar.
