After working a year under this organization there is nothing to like.

Dislikes

...ship and decision making is compromised by this lack of appropriate credentials. Project workers are exploited because they are not paid in accordance with the project salary criteria. Even Principal Investigators are negligent when it comes to terms and conditions they offered when an employee joined. All in all the organization suffers from systemic problems that have a big influence on worker morale and wellbeing. Before joining, I would strongly suggest prospective employees to do extensive study and take these considerations into consideration.

Pathetic work culture Faculties are kept forcefully in the campus after 5pm in the name of events They lock the main gate Releasing their faculties at 11 pm in the night irrespective of their gender and distance of their home... Unnecessarily strictness for faculties No govardhan day off; no Bhai duj day off No Saturday off Initially they communicate that there will be 2 Saturday off But no work culture and work ethics

...working for the university campus in North. They hire and fire people very fast. Except for salary being credited right on time, and good pay package. There is nothing else. What are you going to do, with a good package, when it would be given for a short span?

Job security isn't there. The middle level management is pathetic. They don't know how to work. It's a kind of 'chaaploosi' work culture, prevalent. It's by luck, they have secured such high level job, otherwise they are fit for nothing. All fraud people in middle level.

well versed work etiquette place and secured place for ladies, green and clean campus.

Dislikes

work environmental place and learning infrastructure are very good, no performance appraisal, it is a fixed salary and increment, gossips and politics are the part of the office rule, good place to work, convenient to manage work-life balance.

once you experienced people it is not good place to work, no increment, not even no recognize, in case if non-teaching position with qualification its a big headache.
