There is no proper job description..we have to do different works which are not related like examination duty,admission duty, calling for admissions, simply to say they will use like PA not as TA...this experience is not useful further...there is no respect from higher authorities for this position..,no public transport...

...ester, it has been developed in a very efficient way to remain safe in lockdown. The salary is coming on time (just 2 days late).

Dislikes

...niversities. They are putting unnecessary pressure on faculties and other staff. They deducted the 40% salary also for the last two months (even in lockdown, we are working more at home i.e. they are giving more pressures). If they will follow the same culture, then it may be a high loss for this good organization. Here people are from all over the world, they can easily find the other place.

The Promoter of SRMAP Mr.Satya is a man with great vision who has conceptualized this Global Campus at Andhra Pradesh. This campus is wonderful with world class faculties.

Dislikes

...g and you are neither at office nor at home. No Family Life on such profile. The Travel policies TA/DA are worst, and in most cases you need to pay from your pocket.

SRM AP is indeed a futuristic university. Amazing work culture, more focus on growth and they don't over burden faculty with teaching. Amazing faculty friendly infrastructure. Growth oriented deans and VC. Classes are smart, teachers can experiment with experiential learning. Calm cabins and laptop, printer provided. Though printer might not be personal but all floors have huge printers. Availability of free stationary and medical faculties. Amazing and calm faculty lounge, amazing free gym faculty. Mess food available, no need to carry tiffin's.

The faculty members are very well qualified so it's a good place to interact with people from different departments. The students are nice.

Dislikes

It's very far from the city and is surrounded by villages, with low accessibility.
