...ll show his arrogance and ego attitude. Thank God I am out of this company. Salary also low, they will do promises but they forgot.

Higher chances of ending on onsite(Japan). Salaries paid on time. Management is open to new ideas/suggestions for improvement. Japanese language training is provided.

Notice period being 3 months seems to be a bit longer.

It’s a good start up for fresher , who are all interested in embedded , mostly Saturday and Sunday will be off ...good environment and good culture and also we can enhance our performance more and better and also we can learn many things by ourself and also good opurtunity to go for on-site

...me project ...but valuable ...time will be too short to complete the project ...expected salary will not be paid

1. Supportive colleagues, good working environment. 2. Japanese training but it has some internal politics.

... person want to resign the job on bond period, some bulk amount need to paid. 2. Even for experienced employees, there is a comparison in educational qualification which affects in onsite opportunity and salary hike. As everyone knows both are doing same work with same accuracy but not getting same opportunities and benifits. 3. Career growth is low compared to other same domain companies.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow.
