Nice property, Good salary, but no job security, because of only one person who working for the past 34yrs in that property. He spoiled many of the guys who willing to work for that property and also who ever makes complaints about him will be terminated,

Yaa i got that but you should not raise this type of question to me, that's why I was, if the Hospital needs to have any manpower they are not supposed to wait for the Hotel, if the hospital mgmt is having the manpower they should not make the Hotel to involve in the hospital mgmt. But it was happening still there, because the hotel does not no what is going in hospital. It has to be stopped, when I worked with that mgmt I come to know 3 guys were stealing money from that mgmt buy many ways, just with in 10 days I found it, but why is the account team who were working with that SRM mgmt for the past 25 years and controlling of those people for the past 5 years doing, that mean they are also culprits am I write, so if those culprits throne out of the SRM hotels and Hospitals, it is a good property and they have good mgmt people also, with good knowledge.

I worked hotel SRM as a receptionist for one month. It's totally waste of my time because they gave me a job but they didn't gave me the job security and when I try to do my work they reject me, but I still love the work place. Because it is my first job environment.
