...harass their subordinates almost always, it happens for no reason at many times. I am working here past 3yrs, I've requested to hike my salary for more than 4times yet no reply. Being a academic faculty I am paid less than a technician compared to other hospitals.The last time I requested for salary hike Dean told " right now there is no idea of such things among management ppl" and he just kept the letter with himself without signing. For students there is no proper classroom, drinking water facility or rest room. They aren't allowed to use staff toilets, they should not use patients' toilet and on top of that the pride line expresses as "there is no such things for MBBS too".. when my students went to complain about it to Dean he just shouted at them and sent them back without even reading the letter . to get a new one where other colleges charge only 100rupees . Now srm is issuing new ID card updated with adhar card no. and they should pay 500rs for that

The senior people in the department are so toxic especially there are a senior female who is working in the department for many yrs in that hospital they know all loop holes in that hospital and taking advantage and oru velauhm panama doing her PhD simply playing mind games with her sarcastic words, there's a guest relation excutive she is got not control to her temper and attitude and there is a quality executive with that senior she's very good at playing doubt game she will be so friendly with you and betray you at your back she will do anything to be on safer side lot of internal politics, worst development, working environment too bad, they will do all silent mental toucher and project it as they did it for our good.they said everyone who joined this department abscond with in few months and so I'm. I just realised how mentally stressed I'm very very toxic females I've ever seen. I've got my own family stress but just because of this females I left the job with so much mental pressure. I request freshers to choose any other department but not quality department. They'll spoil you motivation to work for your family. If anyone wants to join that department please make sure these female are not their.
