Management by company is little time consuming, decision making ability/ authority is confused, many people involved in passing certain agenda. Company policies are good for permanent employees.

Manpower is short, overworked. Certain people also expect to overwork without any additional pay. Internal politics, though it's everywhere.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to nee joinees.
