...ed as a fresher and was a good start with a proper training for their employees. You're rest assured that your salary would be credited to your account at the end of the month. Expense comes on time. Multi tasking as far the work is concerned as it's a service industry

Dislikes

The work culture is pathetic. Everybody is just going to demotivate you. No appreciation for the efforts. Too many tasks at once and changing business stratagies making employees unable to focus on one thing. Everybody is behind you to leave the job and too much pressure. No personal life left. Just keep answering calls and msgs to everybody. I was working in sales but had to do all kind of work right from pickup and dropping of samples. Giving Report. Booking visits and much more. Nothing is organized. Biased behavior. Very sad environment to work with!have to work on Sundays also. Sunday is an off still we're answerable if we don't work on Sundays

...and learn through different geographic platforms available within the same roof. Have witnessed appraisal, promotions and salary revisions. Besides you have excellent work environment. One thing I like most about SRL is that it keep reinventing itself and hence it opens new challenges and learning for employees also.

SRL needs to strengthen HR as well as accounts facilities little bit.

there is no hike, every year they send assesment for appraisal. Only higher administartor salary will be 4x every year. Normal Grade person salary will be increased <5%. I would suggest to work anywhere in this universe but not work here.

On consultation mode renewal is one yearly with not much increment and leaves benefits. Work culture is so so. Management by company is little time consuming, decision making ability/ authority is confused, many people involved in passing certain agenda. Company policies are good for permanent employees.

Dislikes

Manpower is short, overworked. Certain people also expect to overwork without any additional pay. Internal politics, though it's everywhere.
