...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I like salary along with incentives are very good. And the motivation meetings and the quarterly meetings and boosting to employee from TBE, BE, SM sirs they explained about every parameter and working process properly I mostly like what iam types upon here.

Job Security is good, Just follow as they are informed and the Work culture is flat, Company policies are technically very strong.

Ones the ordered is placed the delivery will not able in a time it will take time for 3 to 4 days so then customer will call the sale executive will behave rough with executive

the company is full off politics if they like them we will get all other benefits like ( any time leave & permissions ) and so on according to our requirement. In this company we don't have respect towards employees. there is no time limit at some time they use to work for 14 to 16 hours in office.
