It’s just a jumped up Organization run by a bunch of ladies who have no clue about administration nor running of an entity. They never thought that it’s going to do so well which has led them to feel like a fish out of water

Dislikes

The entire power is concentrated in one hand which I think is the worst situation.

Likes

Amazing culture and work environment, brilliant students who were a pleasure to interact with, clean campus with modern infrastructure.

Dislikes

Too centralized in terms of decision making, a better structure needs to be put in place to help faculty and staff act autonomously for the betterment of educational programs as well as campus culture. Things take too long to move, budgets are too restrictive in terms of actualizing innovation at even a mid-level range.
