The management need to discuss with ground level team also because they are the first representatives of the company.middle management may or may not understand the Ground level issues. Causes losses to top management .

Sycophonacy, Top heavy, and non productive. NPAs. Full time pass. No monitoring on day to day. You scratch my back I scratch you. Can't evaluate performance and poor selection strategy.

Srinivasa Farms has excellent work culture. More than a company, it is like a family to the employees working here. Top management is very well experienced in their respective domains and our Chairman and the directors are all pioneers in the industry. Srinivasa has provided me a very good learning opportunity and supports any initiative that I take to implement. Company policies are excellent and this company provides an excellent work life balance. Definitely its a great place to work.

First of all, there is'nt much to dislike here about working at Srinivasa Farms. However, one area of improvement is learning and development. HR should recommend / budget for learning and development.

Worst team leading, there is no job security and management also not that much of Good with employees.

Too much of work pressure, one person should do all the things including field work also. There is a lot of politics and management doesn't care our issues, they need Their work completion first and I don't think there is a career growth.
