...ep will be taken by recruiting team to onboard the employees regarding benefits. But once the candidate Joines no way related and everything they try to convince about the pay. My advice don’t join based on one persons communication and assurance.

The employees treated as a family. All co working team well behave with respect and care.

The management need to discuss with ground level team also because they are the first representatives of the company.middle management may or may not understand the Ground level issues. Causes losses to top management .

Srinivasa Farms has excellent work culture. More than a company, it is like a family to the employees working here. Top management is very well experienced in their respective domains and our Chairman and the directors are all pioneers in the industry. Srinivasa has provided me a very good learning opportunity and supports any initiative that I take to implement. Company policies are excellent and this company provides an excellent work life balance. Definitely its a great place to work.

First of all, there is'nt much to dislike here about working at Srinivasa Farms. However, one area of improvement is learning and development. HR should recommend / budget for learning and development.

Worst team leading, there is no job security and management also not that much of Good with employees.

Too much of work pressure, one person should do all the things including field work also. There is a lot of politics and management doesn't care our issues, they need Their work completion first and I don't think there is a career growth.
