...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There's no job security, management activuties professional , treating as a slave, Appraisals are unfair, There's no financial settlement like gratuity, leave earnings after quitting the job.

There is no policies to the company. No structural reporting procedure and no final financial settlement to the employee. Employee CTC amount also not paid by the management to the employee even employee left as per procedure. Managing director will also not respond on final settlement amount, even though relieve properly. Still they are not settled my final settlement amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- which was deducted from my CTC.

Dislikes

Compensation will not provide in time and even they are not paid my final settlement amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- even five months after relieving. Growth is very less if we are genuine. Management is completely manipulate and not genuine.
