Work culture,extreme unfair work pressure at site,like to give less required manpower at site,staffs and supervisors are not well trained leading to huge stress in work for site engineers leading to target fail.Everyone like to play safely.Noone will help you just give you big big lectures.If they are in trouble they will simply accuse you but when you seek any guidance nothing will be given.Huge amount of paper works are to be maintained at site making it a huge problem for overseeing undergoing works.There is not arrangement of on site fooding & lodging.If you arrive 1 min late that will effect your attendance. Each and every staff is under the mental terror and stress of Mr. R.N aagarwal that is fear of loosing their jobs. Sites are huge but number of staffs required in a big site is very less.No training is given to them whether it is documentation or site works.

Old employees have made sales a hub of politics Inexperienced and egoistic HOD in Channel Sales No scope of growth/ promotions No job security Selfish co workers in sales Still a lot of Babu culture present Favouritism by HOD at its peak

this is really the fist company i worked with in last 10 years of experience,Srijan Realty is free from dirty Politics and backbiting.Only i get opportunity to work hard and learn a lot. Environment i like most to work here.

But i only think about my salary it should be higher in respect of my job profile. hope it will be hiked some day.

1. Humiliation - Quite Often 2. Caste preference by certain High Level Officials / Directors 3. The Organization is just good enough for 2-3 Years for experienced professionals & maximum 4 Years for new comers (You may consider the Gratuity factor for a stay around 5 Years. Depends on concerned individual). However, this opinion would work if you are under the wing of Mr. R. N. Agarwal, Director. Accounts, CS are ok sort of for a 5 years continuation. Legal Department is a nice one to work with. But if you are under any Director, other than Mr. R. N. Agarwal - completion of even one year might appear to be too tough - personal opinion. Be extremely cautious about Architecture & Civil Departments. Furthermore, Mr. R. N. Agarwal is an extremely tough work master. But, under him, the opportunity of learning is huge. Whereas, you will be under several bindings, lack of opportunity to show your skill and unprecedented misbehavior, from other Directors / higher officials without much scope of learning. 4. Irrespective of your Department, stay away from Mr. Vishnu Khaitan to avoid all sorts of messes. 5. H.R. Policies are really good. But the environment should be conducive to let employees thrive. Unfortunately, the same is missing in the Organisation.
