Well, as a professional I found the work place completely dominated by females. Yet all of them are very supportive but have a bit arrogance in them. Gayathri mam is truly a very nice person. My HR Sri Hariharan is a gem 💎.

Dislikes

Life and work balance is pathetic. Too much length of working hour makes this place tedious and soon we start to feel bored.

No consistency in policies and administration. Coordinators yet to learn how to deal with teachers.

Dislikes

Overexpectation from each teacher, pressurising the students to take over more responsibilities than what actually they can do.

1. The job role while joining time is different from actual job role they give 2. There is no staff room, can you believe that 3. No separate wash room for staff 4. Unwanted works like invigilation, some times you may go for 6 hrs too in a day 5. Too many politics and no proper schedule and planning at all 6. No focus on competitive coaching and not even they have a OMR SCANNER for checking sheets 7. Sundays are working and they won't give comp off so, very bad work culture I would not recommend any sincere good teachers to consider this campus. This is all about my true experience working there.
