Salary, Hostel safety, Food is ok.

Even though hostel is safe, teachers always will be in control of hostel wardens. Eg: if you want to go shopping there's a limited time and you need permission from wardens each and every time. In SVVD primary department, it's hard to survive as an outstate employee. You won't get any support, guidance even if you're a people pleaser. And no job security, you'll never know when they'll fire you. if co workers dislike you, they will report to the management and you'll be fired. Even our tiniest mistakes will be reported while biggest mistakes of local teachers are hidden. Remember, you're alone here to fight.

...good.The teachers are ready to put their effort for the success of the students.inspite of a good salary , poor administration anf job insecurity puts them down.Failed promises are not a good sign.

...for that. I belong to middle wing teacher I got support from my vice principal . In this pandemic they are paying salary to all the teaching and non teaching staff. My hearty thanks to the management. Hope for the best hike in salary .

Definitely no dislike from management side. But working with some of the teacher I dislike their character because they used to gossip,politics, they have contact with heads. Just like few things happening in the surrounding I dislike.

School when I joined really great and management was friendly and supportive with all female atmosphere.we used to visit kanchi periyava often and often programs based on those culture, children are blessed with culture based atmosphere with our community .I'm blessed for 5 years to work in that organization but fulfilled it

I am satisfied and enjoyed working there with children. due to my abroad visit I quit my job from sri sankara vid.m.h.s.school. i learned more about teaching methodology.
