I have been removed from the job in february due to lack of active jobs. And been called back in march, due to lockdown i couldn't attend for the job as i live in another city. After the lockdown completed i rejoined the company as my financial stature has been worse and had no money left to try for a new job. I was not even compensated at the time of my removal or at the time of pendamic.

Dislikes

Lack of planning, uneccessary wastage of resources, very low wages and lack of respect toward workmen
