There are so many issues regarding my job here at sri sri holistic hospital. But I will list out a few problems. 1.Time Management. Here they dont even treat you as a basic human. I've been working since the day I joined without a single weekoff, Public holiday or not even a sick leave. My normal shift timings are 9 hours(8AM-5PM,11Am-8PM,8PM-8AM)the morning shifts are 9 hours and night shift is 12 hours but my timings are min 10 hours to 13 hours. 2.Information. They dont provide you the proper information, how can I work in a environment without any information regarding the doctor's timings or who are the doctors employed there or what are the services offered there. The manager will only tell you the information if the situation comes up or nothing at all . How can I face the patient's coming to the front desk asking information regarding the doctor's or the services?? I've learned or researched on my own if I didn't do this I can't even work there. 3.Training. They just told me sit and fold files and punch holes in the paper for the first 10 days,after that I've been given a login credentials as executive and started working immediately without knowing anything about the management system(HMS) if I faced any issue only then they will tell you.

There were some politics in the hospital though it was well managed in accordance to the view of patients and their attenders how ever it was a good hospital to learn...

No job security ,No company policies, Management is so worst and all r politics.Totally I don't like anything.

Just good infrastructure, and bad service in all departments no increments and no good experience so worst and most disgusting hospital in kadapa and in my service of pharmacist I face a big problems in this Sri sri hospital. They r looting from patients also but no good treatment at all.

Management does not value the services of the doctor no increments in the payments they think themselves as a premier institute & don't respect doctor & his seniority , management has an mbbs fellow who's is not at all qualified & behaves rashly with doctors because he is a partner in it

it is a good hospital, which was started by me ,my self implemented all all standard in 2012, now this hospital is expended another 5 hospital in Hyderabad as well as in Andhra pradesh also. The chairman is very one of the dynamic person , He is national figure Interventional cardiologist and Electrophysiology study with Radio frequency ambulation specialist, Name is Prof. Dr VS Ramachandra, Dr, Tushara Aluri, DR, Aluri Vijaya laxmi, Dr. Rajesh Khanna. I always salute them.

after that I have seen few staffs are very dis honest person, working immediate responsibility person of chair man, In between Twice have joined that organization but that people are still working there, and my self quit from that hospital again and gain they dragged me with their experience.
