Low Increments Management worest Probation period 1 year First increment will give second year increment hold they will give last Every one should work on production no seperate department for instrument, mechanical. We have to work under mechanical head so partiality. Mechanical head worest behavior. He doesn't know how to talk to the subordinates.

I love the fact that iam apart of a team that market reliable, High quality brand soft drinks(FMCG) products like thums up, sprite, Fanta, Maaza, pulpy orange, kinley. and another plus point is collegues come from surrounding areas and we work happily in collaboration.

Management worst. No proper department for instrumentation all are working in production department. We don't know we are instrumentation or mechanical no respect from the production manager.
