SSN Enterprises does not have good experienced staff. They will not keep experienced persons. Very few clients.

compensation is decent, but no growth, work pressure is very high always. we have to work 10 - 12 hours per day. I have to attend client calls in the evening and late into the night. Which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client. but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals, Also there is no on job training for freshers..
