Salary revision has not happened for many years. Salary is paid as the subject demand not as per contribution to institutes growth.

*overload , mentall make pressure and some kind of favorisom is there . * If there we make any small mistake , and they will always , telling like la you done that mistake , you that mistake.. * Soo many of favorisom . Simple i learn and develop skills there but the working people are very bad to glue

Best medical college in pondy ,I worked as associate professor ,for 2 years in department of pediatric , friendly department from HOD to till all working experience staffs Department has 6 post gr students/ year Well exposed clinical cases for ug and for Pg students Staffs quarters are with in the campus College administration is also well corporative in all means Thank you
